We make our Se’i the classic way, with hours of smoking using 100% imported USDA Graded-Beef, which affect its tenderness, juiciness, and flavor of the meat. A traditional low and slow smoking process produce smoky, juicy, and delicate Seilera Signature Se’i.

Seilera sprouted from a humble joint in Bintaro. The overwhelming enthusiasm from the neighbourhoods was such a blessing, with Seilera fans (Seikawan) lined up for a couple of weeks to try our signature se’i on a wooden plate together with the iconic nasi jeruk.
Seilera welcomed people from all over the area, district and city who gathered together to enjoy fresh, simple, high-quality versions of the classics in a casual setting. The rest, as they say, is se’i history.
